ASTM A297 HK40 Heat‑Resistant Castings

Aug 07, 2026

UNS J94204|GX40CrNiSi25‑20|1.4848|ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2

HK40 is a widely‑used high‑carbon 25Cr‑20Ni austenitic heat‑resistant cast alloy per ASTM A297 standard. Thanks to its balanced carbon, chromium and nickel content, this material delivers outstanding high‑temperature creep‑rupture strength, superior oxidation resistance and good anti‑carburizing performance under long‑term high‑temperature service.
