1. High-manganese-grade steel series
The material has excellent toughness, processing hardening under strong impact conditions; disadvantages: easy plastic deformation, not wear resistance. It has been withdrawn from the vulnerable parts (mill liner class) applied under non-strong impact conditions, but it still maintains an irreplaceable advantage in the vulnerable parts applied under strong impact load.
Ordinary high manganese steel and alloy high manganese steel adding various alloy elements to improve the yield strength, dominate in the large crusher hammer head, plate hammer, counter plate, counter plate, grate plate, jaw crusher jaw plate and internal and external cones of cone crusher. Ultra-high manganese steel is only used for large crusher hammer head and plate hammer. Medium manganese steel also has some applications.
2. Alloy steel series
Low carbon alloy, low alloy, carbon alloy, low carbon alloy, due to a large range of changes, heat treatment process, the chemical composition, the mechanical performance index of the final product, hardness HRC 40-60, impact toughness ak10-100J / cm2, according to the main wear mechanism, the optimization and selection of chemical composition and comprehensive mechanical properties of alloy steel, to achieve the most economical and reasonable selection.
The advantages of medium carbon low carbon alloy steel are: less alloy quantity, low production cost, relying on water quenching or oil quenching to improve hardness, to meet the wear life of wearing parts.
The advantages of medium carbon alloy steel are: medium alloy content makes its matrix tissue solid and strengthened and diffuse carbide, the heat treatment process is simple and stable, and the comprehensive mechanical performance is better. Compared with medium carbon low alloy steel, even if the hardness is the same, the wear resistance is significantly increased, but the production cost is higher.
The advantages of low carbon high alloy steel are: low carbon, high alloy chemical composition with appropriate heat treatment process, can obtain very high toughness and high hardness, to the impact load of vulnerable parts with complex structure has absolute advantages, the disadvantage is high production cost.
3. Anti-grinding white mouth cast iron series
The series has high chrome cast iron, medium chrome cast iron, low chrome cast iron, nickel hard cast iron and high chrome cast steel varieties. Overall advantages: high hardness, good wear resistance. Disadvantages: lack of toughness.
High chrome cast iron (Cr 14-30%) has the best wear resistance and the most wide range of applications, such as small and medium-sized mill liner, ball and section, small crusher hammer head and plate hammer, vertical grinding roller and plate, etc. After the roller press, the high chromium cast iron can promote the strengths and avoid the weaknesses, give full play to its excellent wear resistance, and the service life of the lining plate can reach more than 8 years.
The hardness and toughness of low chromium cast iron (Cr1.5-3%) are much lower than that of high chromium cast iron, which are mainly used in ball, section and fine grinding bin lining plate. The advantages are low production cost, the disadvantages are narrow, the comprehensive performance and anti-wear index are general.
Medium chrome cast iron (Cr 8-14%) is only used for ball casting, reducing the chromium content, which can not only reduce the production cost, but also meet the breaking rate index of the ball, which is still called high chrome ball in the market
