Classification and application of the lining plates

At present, we divide wear-resistant lining into four categories according to the different materials, which are ceramic lining, alloy lining, rubber lining and wear-resistant composite lining. The main chemical composition of ceramic lining plate is alumina. Because ceramic is the main material, it is a kind of lining plate formed by using the oxide of rare metal as a solvent for baking and reusing special adhesive. Alloy lining plate is a kind of super tough lining plate formed by alloy cast iron as the main material and combined with the tempered surface. As for the rubber lining plate, it can make good use of its own elastic buffer and corrosion resistance to do a good job of protection, it is mainly formed by high pressure vulcanization technology. The wear-resistant composite liner is a kind of high quality liner that combines the advantages of ceramic liners and alloy liners. The application of wear-resistant steel plate wear-resistant steel plate not only good performance, cutting, welding, and maintenance, therefore, it is widely used.
