Features of lining pipe

Line plastic pipe is ordinary carbon steel pipe as a matrix, lining excellent chemical stability of thermoplastic engineering plastics, by cold composite or rolling plastic molding, it has both the mechanical properties of steel pipe, and engineering plastic corrosion resistance, slow scale, not easy to grow the characteristics of microorganisms, is conveying acid, alkali, salt, corrosive gas medium ideal pipeline. Linked with polypropylene, it can be used in food, medicine and drinking water industries. Common lining plastic pipe are: steel lined polypropylene pipe (GSF.PP), steel lined polyvinyl chloride pipe (GSF.PVC), steel lined polyethylene pipe (GSF.PE), steel lined polyolefin pipe (GSF.PO) steel lined polytetrafluoroethylene pipe (GSF.F4).

Application areas of the lining of plastic pipeline:
1. Chemical industry: acid, alkali, salt manufacturing, chemical fertilizer, pesticide, chemical, rubber, rubber and plastic and other industries to transport corrosive gas, liquid and solid powder process pipe and discharge pipe.
2. Power engineering: process water conveying, chemical water, waste residue, fly ash conveying.
3. Smelting industry: the transportation of corrosive medium in metal smelting.
4. Mining industry: discharge of ore powder, pulp, slag, tailings, backfilling, ventilation, gas extraction and jet grouting, etc.

Conditions of use of plastic lining pipes:
1. Vacuum value (i. e. negative pressure) DN25-DN80:90kPaDN100-DN150:70 KPa DN200:55 KPa
2. Positive pressure: DN25-DN80:≤6.4MPaDN100-DN150:≤6.4MPa≥DN200:≤2.5MPa
Usage temperature of the lining-plastic pipe:
1. The medium operating temperature of the steel-lined polypropylene tube (GSF.PP): -20℃ ~105℃
2. Medium operating temperature of steel-lined polyvinyl chloride pipe (GSF.PVC): -15℃ ~65℃
3. The medium working temperature of the steel-lined polyethylene pipe: -20℃ ~80℃
4. Medium operating temperature of steel-lined polyolefin pipe (GSF.PO): -15℃ ~110℃
5. Medium operating temperature of steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene tube (GSF.F4): -100℃ ~250℃
Liner plastic steel pipe is a composite steel pipe made of a variety of modified mixed polymer and steel pipe by special process. It not only retains the strength of the steel pipe and the traditional connection method, but also is fully developed by different modification of plastic materials
