How to select the ball mill liner plate

High manganese steel: good wear resistance, but low yield strength, good economy, can be suitable for all ball mill, rod mill, self-grinder as the lining material, especially the large diameter ball mill cylinder liner (above φ100mm), under the condition of medium and high impact load wear.
Medium and low alloy wear-resistant steel: the comprehensive performance is higher than that of high manganese steel, suitable for use under medium impact wear conditions, low alloy martensite wear-resistant steel will have more advantages than austenitic high manganese steel, and even produce twice the mechanical properties of high manganese steel.
High chromium cast iron: wear resistance is higher than the former two, because of its brittle, more suitable for coarse grinding equipment lining plate, but because of the production cost is relatively high, high ferroalloy content, heat treatment is easy to deformation and other problems, the material should not deal with strong impact force grinding operation, and large ball mill operation.
Wear-resistant rubber: suitable for the environment where the temperature of the ball mill cylinder is not higher than 80℃ (the upper limit does not exceed 120℃), and the pH of pH value is between 1 and 13, which is not suitable for application in dry environment
