Installation requirements for high manganese steel lining plate for ball mill
⒈ Ball mill high manganese steel lining plate installation between the rear end lining plate and the cylinder end cover should be filled with compressive strength grade 43.5MPa cement mortar.
⒉ The bolts of high manganese steel liner at the fixed end shall not be filled by cement mortar and shall be able to rotate or enter and exit.
⒊ Ball mill high manganese steel lining plate is generally directional, the installation must be paid attention to, do not install the reverse.
⒋ The arc length of all circumferential gaps shall not exceed 310mm, and shall be separated by steel plates.
⒌ The gap of the adjacent lining plates is not greater than 3~9mm.
⒍ The partition should be laid between the high manganese steel lining plate and the surface of the ball mill cylinder according to the design requirements. If not required, the compressive strength grade 42.5MPa cement mortar can be filled between the two and filled as far as possible, and the excess part should be squeezed out through the solid liner bolt, and the cement plate bolt should be tightened again after the cement mortar is solidified.
⒎ When installing the lining plate with rubber pad, open the rolled rubber plate 3~4 weeks before installation. When using the rubber plate, the long side of the secondary rubber plate follows the axial direction of the cylinder, and the short side follows the circular direction of the cylinder.
⒏ To carefully check the ball mill high manganese steel liner bolt hole and the liner bolt geometry, carefully clean the liner bolt hole and the liner bolt flying edge, burrs, protrusion, so that the bolt can freely penetrate into the required position.
⒐ Complete set of liner bolts shall be composed of sharp bolt, dust washer, flat washer, spring washer and nut; to prevent ash leakage, use no dust pad.
⒑ Torque wrench should be used for operation. The liner bolts of different specifications should be tightened according to the corresponding tightening torque.
