2). In the first month of operation, the furnace chain must be adjusted and tightened 4 times in 3,7,15 and 30 days. Check the future. If the furnace chain is loose or deviated, adjust the adjustment screw of the front shaft and tighten the furnace chain to prevent the arch.
3). If the grate is stuck or arched in the operation, the fault can be eliminated in time according to the specific situation.
4). The grate piece burned out or too deformed should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the operation safety. Solution: open the front windshield door and the front of the wall panel to loosen the two-head bolt nut, open the furnace bar splint with a crowbar, replace the grate piece, and then tighten the nut of the two-head bolt and lock it.
5). The grate is off. Generally, adjust the adjustment screw on the active shaft.
6). The lubricating oil road is blocked, and the lubricant is cured, so clean the oil circuit and replace the lubricant.
7). If the furnace is stopped for a long time, the coal in the coal bucket and the ash collection in each air chamber shall be removed.
