1. Good wear resistance

3. Anti-corrosion and anti-scaling
Since the ceramic layer of steel is (a-Al2O3), it is neutral. Therefore, it has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, seawater corrosion resistance and scale prevention.
4. Good high temperature resistance and heat resistance
Since corundum ceramic (a-Al2O3) is a single stable crystal structure, the composite material can work normally for a long time in the temperature range of -52≤920℃, and its linear expansion coefficient is 6-9×10-6≤0C , about 1×2.2 of steel pipe, with good thermal stability.
5. Low project cost
Ceramic composite pipes are lightweight and affordable. Compared with cast stone pipes with the same inner diameter, cast stone pipes are 50% lighter than wear-resistant alloy pipes, have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, long service life, low cost of support cranes, low loading and unloading costs, and low installation costs. low cost. By comparing the engineering budget and engineering practice of relevant design units and construction units, the engineering cost of the pipeline is equivalent to the cost of cast stone engineering, and compared with the wear-resistant alloy pipe, the engineering cost is reduced by about 260%.
6. Easy installation and construction
Due to the light weight of the pipeline and good welding performance, welding, flange, quick connection and other methods can be used, which is convenient for construction and installation, and can reduce installation costs.
