Technical characteristics of small scale type grate
Scope of use and requirements
Small scale type chain grate is a kind of mechanized layer combustion equipment, can be the evaporation of 2-40t / h boiler supporting, can also be used in a variety of heating, drying equipment. Suitable for burning bituminous coal, lignite and peat coal. Special design can also be used as combustion equipment with bagasse, wood, rice husk as raw materials.
The coal quality used in this grate shall meet the following requirements:
A. The maximum particle of coal shall not exceed 40mm, and the coal dust below 0-6mm shall not exceed 50% of the total amount.0-3mm of chip coal shall not exceed 25% of the total amount.
B. The water content of coal burning should be less than 20%, and 8- -10% is appropriate.
C. The ash content of coal burning should not be more than 30%, but it should not be less than 10%, and the volatile content should not be less than 20%.
The melting temperature of ash of coal should be greater than 12500C.
E. Weak coking properties.
F. The low heating value of coal should be greater than 4226kcal / kg
G. If the above coal quality requirements conflict with the coal adding setting, take the highest value between the two.
The primary wind temperature used in this grate shall not exceed 2000C.
