What are the materials of the hammer head of the crusher?

1. Forging hammer head
The forged hammer head is suitable for crushing cobblestone, coal gangue, limestone, etc. The hammer head of the forging crusher is made of high-quality train hub steel material 65Mn, which has good impact resistance, strong toughness, good wear resistance, and is not easy to break. The forging machine is used to repeatedly forge the metal blank to deform it to obtain certain mechanical properties. With a certain shape and size, after a special quenching heat treatment method, the working area of the hammer head can be guaranteed to have high hardness and high wear resistance. Forged hammer heads are favored by users because of their cheap price, economy and durability.
2. Bimetal composite hammer head
Bimetal composite hammer is a kind of wear-resistant material that is widely used in daily applications. The hammer head produced by the bimetal thermal composite material has a longer service life than the high manganese series material. It is especially suitable for large-scale crusher hammers, blow bars and large-scale ball mill liners, especially in harsh industrial and mining environments. It is used in many hard food crushing fields such as limestone, cement clinker, iron ore, sandstone, coal gangue, basalt, etc.
3. High manganese steel hammer head
High manganese steel refers to high alloy steel with a manganese content of more than 10%. With the gradual wear of the hardened layer, new work-hardened layers will continue to form under the action of external compressive stress or impact load. Therefore, it is suitable for making wear-resistant spare parts that are subjected to high impact load materials for a long time, and is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, railways, electric power, coal and other grinding equipment.
4. High chromium cast iron hammer head
High chromium cast iron blow bars, hammer heads and other casting spare parts can make the hardness of the entire section reach above 58HRC through appropriate alloying and related technological measures, and the hardness and high wear resistance will be guaranteed during the wear process.
5. High chromium alloy hammer head
The high-chromium alloy hammer head has high hardness and is a high-quality wear-resistant material, which has been widely used in hammer crushers. The hardness of high chromium cast iron can reach more than 58HRC after heat treatment. The matrix is martensite with high hardness.
