Check before ignition
1.1 Check whether all grate pieces are intact, no sundries, garbage and broken bricks between upper and lower grate and in cinder hopper, and no ash accumulation in sub-air supply box.
1.2 Check all transmission parts, the lubrication is good, the oil level of the gearbox should be normal.
1.3 Check whether the tightness of the transmission clutch safety spring and the size of the safety pin are appropriate.
1.4 Check whether the coal hopper arc gate, coal seam gate and coal seam thickness indicator device are flexible and intact.
1.5 Start the grate from slow to fast test run, check whether the grate moves smoothly, no jam or sudden jump phenomenon.
2 the ignition
2.1 Raise the coal gate to the highest position, spread 20-30 millimeter-thick coal in the front of the grate, spread firewood, old cotton sand and other kinks on the coal, spread thinner ash in the middle and rear of the grate to prevent a large number of cold air into the grate.
2.2 Light the kindling, slowly turn the grate, send the fire to the front of the furnace about 1-1.5 meters, stop the grate rotation.
2.3 When the current arch temperature gradually rises to ignite new coal, adjust the brake plate of coal seam, keep the thickness of coal seam at 70-100mm, slowly rotate the grate, and adjust the induced draft fan to make the negative pressure in the furnace close to zero, so as to speed up the combustion.
2.4 When the coal is moved to the second damper, the shoulder of the second damper should be properly opened, and then the third and fourth damper should be opened successively. Move to the final damper, because the coal has been basically burned out, the final damper is determined to open less or not open according to the burning situation.
2.5 when the bottom fire spread full grate, the appropriate increase in coal seam thickness, and the corresponding increase in the wind most, improve the grate speed, maintain the negative pressure in the furnace 2-3 mm water column drawer make coal seam combustion.
3 Combustion adjustment
3.1 Thickness of coal seam
3.1.1 The thickness of unbonded bituminous coal is about 80 -- 140 mm.
3.1.2 The thickness of bituminous coal with strong adhesion is about 60-120 mm.
3.2 Grate speed
3.2.1 For normal grate speed, there should be a burning hearth on the whole grate surface, and no red coal on the grate surface near the slag iron.
When the boiler load increases, grate speed should be appropriately accelerated to increase the coal supply.
3.2.3 When the boiler load is reduced, the grate speed should be appropriately reduced to reduce the coal supply.
3.3 Furnace ventilation
3.3.1 During normal operation, the opening of the air door of each air chamber of the grate should be adjusted in time according to the burning situation.
3.3.2 At full load, the wind pressure of the first section is generally 10-20 mm water column, the wind pressure of the second and third sections is 60-80 mm water column, and the wind pressure of the fourth section is 20-30 mm water column.
3.3.3 When the boiler load decreases and grate speed decreases, the fan speed should be reduced and the fan outlet air door should be turned down; When the boiler load increases, the air inlet should be increased first, and then the air supply of each air chamber should be increased.
