Linined Plastic Steel Pipe-technical Requirements For Steel Pipe

1) The steel pipe used in the lined plastic steel pipe is hot dip galvanized steel pipe (base pipe), and the external corrosion protection of hot dip galvanized steel pipe shall comply with the welding for low pressure fluid transportation
The requirements of galvanizing layer for connecting steel pipe (GB / T3091-2008), and the external anti-corrosion layer shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards. Hot dip galvanized steel pipe implements the relevant requirements of "Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Transportation" (GB / T3091-2008), and the steel pipe selects domestic high quality straight seam welding or seamless steel pipe to ensure the quality of the base material. There should be a steel pipe material certificate.
2) Before the base pipe of the lined plastic steel pipe, shot blasting, grinding and pickling shall remove the rust, burr and dirt on the metal surface of the base metal, and shall comply with the provisions of GB / T12611.
3) The lining of plastic steel pipe lining material is PE. The lining material is made of high quality material, not recycled material. The thickness of the inner lining plastic layer of the lined plastic steel pipe shall comply with the requirements of 5.1.1 in CJ / T136-2007.
4) The lined plastic steel pipe lined plastic is made of raw materials of plastic water supply pipe that meet the requirements of the national standard (GB/T18992.1-2003).
5) Appearance:
(1) The inner and outer surface of the lined plastic steel pipe is smooth and smooth, and no scars or cracks are allowed. The coating of plastic lining steel pipe shall not be defective. Remove the steel pipe before composite, and the residual height of the welding bar is not greater than 0.5mm.
(2) The shape of the lined plastic steel pipe should be a straight pipe, the pipe should not affect the use of the bending, the two ends of the section and the pipe axis should be vertical.
(3) The inner surface of the lined plastic steel pipe is not allowed to have bubbles, cracks, peeling, scars, depression, uneven color and decomposition of discoloration line.
(4) The surface of the lined plastic steel pipe is evenly galvanized, and the thickness meets the technical requirements of GB / T3091-2008.
6) Performance of lined plastic steel pipe:
(1) Binding strength: the binding strength between steel and inner plastic steel of cold water lined steel pipe shall not be less than 1.0MPa, and the binding strength between hot water lined plastic steel pipe shall not be less than 1.5MPa; if the cold water lined steel pipe provided by our company cannot meet the above requirements, the reinforced hot water lined steel pipe shall be used to meet the requirements of binding strength.
(2) Bending performance: the nominal diameter is not greater than 50mm lined plastic steel pipe does not crack after bending, and no separation between steel and plastic.
(3) Plping performance: no cracks occur after flattening the plastic steel pipe greater than 50mm, and no separation between steel and plastic.
(4) Cold and heat cycle resistance: After 3 cycles of hot water lining plastic steel pipe test, the plastic layer lining has no deformation cracks and other defects, and its binding strength is not less than 1.5MPa.
(5) Hygienic performance: the sanitary performance of the lined plastic steel pipe meets the provisions of No.161 of the Safety Evaluation Code for Drinking Water Distribution Equipment and Protective Materials (2001) of the Ministry of Health, and the requirements of GB / T17219 and the relevant drinking water standards in Hangzhou.
(6) Hydraulic test: the base pipe should be carried out according to the standards performed by the base pipe, the hydraulic test should be carried out in the type test, hydraulic test can be carried out on the whole pipe, or in a section of pipe and the pipe components of the test, hydraulic test pressure and pressure retention time should be carried out according to the standards implemented by the base pipe.
