Selection principle of radiation tube power:
In the case of the same power, the number of radiation tubes is small, and the power of each radiation tube is bound to increase correspondingly, that is, the surface load is relatively large, which is a test for the life of the radiation tube. Surface load is the heat value of radiation tube material per unit area.
Maintenance points
(1) The maintenance contents of the radiation tube heating furnace mainly include:
Observe the flame combustion through the peep hole every day; if the combustion condition is bad, record the number of the burner in time; inspect or replace it during repair.
No leakage is checked for each medium pipeline.
Check the condition of the radiation tube in the furnace to see whether the pipe wall is broken, deformation and other, observe the contact between the foot of the radiation tube and the furnace wall, and make corresponding records.
When repairing the furnace cover, check the lining plate of the bottom cover of the top cover and the surrounding sealing, and find the deformation should be replaced in time.
The exhaust gas pipe should be checked regularly to see if there is red burning. If abnormal, contact the manufacturer to measure the oxygen content.
(2) Inspection of the furnace roll
Check whether the cooling water of the furnace roller is smooth, use the point temperature instrument to measure the temperature of the listening roller to determine the running condition of the bearing.
Check the expansion joints of the furnace roll regularly to check for any damage.
The surface roughness of the furnace roll is measured regularly by the overhaul time and the roughness file is established.
Measure the parallelarity of the furnace roller regularly and establish records.
(3) The bellows and the fan
The impeller of the fan should be detected regularly; the vibration detection of the fan should be included in the controlled point.
The lubrication of the fan bearing should be checked regularly, and the flexible bearing should be checked regularly.
The installation position of the bellows should be measured using the annual repair time; the deviation should be corrected and reset in time.
