FRP profile round bar is a kind of FRP pull extruded profile, the common specifications are Φ 5, Φ 6, Φ 7, Φ 8, Φ 10, Φ 12, Φ 16, Φ 18, Φ 20, Φ 30 and so on.
Pull extrusion molding process is a special process in FRP molding process, which is suitable for the production of various FRP profiles, such as rods, pipes, solid profiles (work shape, groove, square profiles) and fasting profiles. Its advantages are:

Raw materials used for drawing and extrusion process
1. Resin matrix
In the pull and squeeze process, the most used is unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, vinyl resin, thermosetting methacrylic resin, modified phenolic resin, flame retardant resin and so on.
(1) Unsaturated polyester resin
Used for pull squeeze are basically benzene and benzene. Benbenzene resin has good mechanical properties, toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. At present, the domestic use of more is the benzene type, because its price is better than the benzene type, but the quality because of the large gap of different manufacturers, the use should be carefully selected according to different products.

2. Enhance materials
The reinforced materials used in the pulling and squeezing process are mainly glass fiber and its products, such as untwist roving, glass fiber felt, etc. In order to meet the special performance requirements of the products, aramid fiber, carbon fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and basalt fiber can be used.
(1) Glass fiber
The glass fiber used for pulling and squeezing process mainly has no alkali, medium alkali and high strength glass fiber.
The varieties of glass fiber products are:
① roving
There are parallel yarn and direct yarn with a line density of 1100 (1200) to 4400 (4800). Requirements: good formation; good degradation; uniform tension; uniform line density; good penetration.
② Fiberglass felt sheet
Short cut felt requirements: uniform area quality; uniform distribution of short cut wire and adhesive c agent; moderate dry felt strength; excellent penetration. For the products whose strength requirement is not too high.
Continuous felt enhances a better effect than short cut felt. Request the same as above.
Surface felt acts for surface modification and acid resistance.
Suture felt contains no binder, good soaking performance, and a low price.
③ Glass fiber seam fabric can increase the tensile strength and bending strength of the product; reduce the weight of the product; smooth and smooth surface.
④ Combined glass fiber reinforced material, which can adjust the lateral and longitudinal strength of the product.
(2) Carbon fiber
Uused for high strength, light weight products, generally with vinyl and epoxy resin.
