Typical materials include the ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2 series, with a use temperature up to 1300℃. They are made using vacuum precision casting and centrifugal casting processes, suitable for extreme conditions such as ethylene cracking furnaces and waste incinerator grate systems. The material selection should take into account the working temperature, mechanical load, and medium composition. Products Description

 

High temperature resistance: Can withstand temperatures of around 1200℃ without significant reduction in strength or performance degradation.


Antioxidation: In high-temperature environments, its surface can form a dense oxide film, preventing further oxidation.
High strength and high toughness: Possesses high strength and good toughness, capable of withstanding the large mechanical stress during the operation of the crusher.
Good casting performance: Suitable for various casting processes, meeting the production requirements for casting parts of crushers of different shapes and sizes. Molding process
Melting: Melting is generally carried out in an electric arc furnace or an induction furnace. To ensure quality, for materials with high requirements, vacuum refining and furnace-out refining processes can be adopted to remove impurities, gases and harmful elements, thereby ensuring the purity of the molten steel. 


Sand casting: Select appropriate sand, such as silica sand, and add auxiliary materials like binders. Compact the sand to shape, forming a cavity corresponding to the shape of the crusher claw sleeve. Water glass sand, resin sand and other processes can also be used to improve the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the castings.
Lost foam casting: Bond and combine foam models of the same size and shape as the casting into a model cluster, apply fire-resistant coating and dry it, then bury it in dry sand for vibration shaping. Pour the molten ZG35Cr24Ni7Si2N steel liquid under negative pressure to vaporize the model, allowing the metal to occupy the model position and solidify and cool to form the casting.
Pouring: Heat the molten ZG35Cr24Ni7Si2N steel liquid to the appropriate pouring temperature, generally around 1500°C - 1550°C, and then slowly and smoothly pour it into the cavity of the casting mold, avoiding splashing of the steel liquid, entrainment of gases or turbulence, and preventing defects such as slag inclusion and air holes.
Cooling: After pouring, let the casting cool naturally in the mold. The cooling speed should not be too fast to prevent excessive internal stress, which may cause the casting to deform or crack. For large or complex crusher claw sleeves, appropriate insulation measures can be taken to extend the cooling time.
Cleaning and post-processing: After the casting is removed from the mold, remove the surface sand, burrs, and flash. Use methods such as shot blasting or sandblasting for surface treatment to improve the surface quality. Then, perform size measurement, appearance inspection, etc., to ensure that the casting meets the design requirements.
