Anti-wear tile is mainly used in the windward surface of the boiler superheater, reheater, coal izer, water wall pipe, and the induced draft fan will also be used (small amount). The main function is to protect the air surface of the boiler pipe, reduce pipe wear, and increase the service life of the heating surface pipe. The service life of anti-wear tiles is different in different types of boilers and different parts. The normal service life is an overhaul cycle (3-5 years). Shape and specification of anti-wear tile

The most basic parameter of the anti-wear tile is the outer diameter of the pipe used φ (that is, the inner diameter of the anti-wear tile), the main specifications of the pipe are: 32,38,42,4,44.5,48,51,57,60,63.5,76,89mm, etc.; the inner diameter of the anti-wear tile is usually 1-3mm larger than the pipe used, according to the actual requirements.
