Surfacing wear-resistant steel pipe liner
Compared to traditional wear-resistant liners, which are manufactured by steel mills through dissolution and rolling processes, this new type of cladding wear-resistant liner is produced through cladding and then processed into various wear-resistant liners such as conveyor liners, coal feeder bottom plates/convex cones and liners for cyclone separators, and wear-resistant blades. The wear resistance life can be increased by more than 15 times compared to ordinary steel plates.
Characteristics of wear-resistant lining for welded wear-resistant pipe
1. Wear resistance characteristics: Using CNC fully automatic internal wall cladding of chromium carbide alloy material, it has excellent wear resistance to abrasive particles. The wear-resistant layer is metallurgically bonded with the base material through metallurgical fusion, which means interatomic bonding. The thickness of the wear-resistant layer ranges from 1 to 20 mm, and its wear resistance is about 3 to 5 times that of ordinary steel pipes.
2. Impact resistance: The base pipe of the cladding wear-resistant pipe is made of low carbon steel pipe with good plasticity, and the metallurgical bonding cladding is integrated with the wear-resistant layer. In the process of impact, it can absorb a large amount of energy, and has strong impact resistance and crack resistance, which can be applied to the working conditions with strong vibration and impact.
3. Cutting characteristics: Because of the use of soft base tube, it can be cut by plasma, carbon arc and other heat sources, and can be welded to form, making the on-site welding work become time-saving and convenient.
4. Pressure resistance characteristics: The external part is made of high-quality steel pipe or steel plate by hot pressing and pushing, and the welding is good, so that the elbow has no problem at the pressure above 10Kg/cm2, and there will be no material flow phenomenon due to local leakage.
