Superalloy is divided into three types of materials: 760℃ high temperature material, 1200℃ high temperature material and 1500℃ high temperature material, tensile strength 800MPa. Or refers to the high temperature metal material working for a long time above 760-1500℃ and under certain stress conditions, with excellent high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance and heat corrosion resistance, good fatigue performance, fracture toughness and other comprehensive performance, has become an irreplaceable key material for the thermal end parts of military and civilian gas turbine engines.760℃ high-temperature materials can be divided into iron-based superalloy, nickel-based superalloy and cobalt-based superalloy according to the matrix elements. According to the preparation process, it can be divided into deformation superalloy, casting superalloy and powder metallurgy superalloy. According to the reinforcement method, there are solid solution reinforcement, precipitation reinforcement, oxide diffusion reinforcement and fiber reinforcement. Superalloys are mainly used for the manufacture of high-temperature components such as turbine blades, guide blades, turbine disks, high-pressure compressor disks and combustion chambers for aviation, ship and industrial gas turbines. They are also used for the manufacturing of energy conversion devices such as aerospace vehicles, nuclear reactors, petrochemical equipment and coal conversion. Deformation heat alloy refers to the hot, cold deformation processing, working temperature range-253~1320℃, with good mechanical properties and comprehensive strong, toughness index, with high oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance of a kind of alloy deformation heat alloy mainly for aerospace, aviation, nuclear energy, petroleum civil industry provide structure forgings, cakes, rings, bar, plate, pipe, strip and wire iron based superalloy is developed in austenitic stainless steel, contains a certain amount of chromium and nickel elements. It is an important material used in medium temperature (600~800℃) conditions, with the medium temperature mechanical properties and good thermal processing plasticity, the alloy composition is relatively simple, the cost is low. It is mainly used for making aero-engine and industrial gas turbine turbine disks, and can also make guide blades, turbine blades, combustion chambers, and other bearing parts and fastener lamps. Another use is to make the exhaust gas booster turbine on the diesel engine with nickel as the base (the content is generally more than 50%), in the 650~1000℃ range of more strength and good oxidation resistance, gas corrosion resistance of the superalloy. Nickel-based alloy is the most widely used superalloy, the highest high temperature strength of a class of alloy cobalt-based super heat resistant alloy is an austenite superalloy containing 40%~65% cobalt content, at 730~1100℃, has a certain high temperature strength, good thermal corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The alloy for making industrial gas turbine and ship gas turbine has good malleable properties, forging heating temperature 1140℃ and final forging 900℃.2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree of the forging and the final forging temperature.3, the alloy has satisfactory welding properties. The alloy is welded in solid state and aged after welding
