Characteristics Of Wear-Resistant Alloy Elbow

Feb 25, 2024

1. Good comprehensive function

The outer wall of the composite pipe is made of steel pipe, and the inner lining is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The two form a good metallurgical relationship. It not only has the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant characteristics of high-alloy materials, but also has high mechanical strength and relatively high strength. The high impact resistance performance solves the contradiction between weldability and wear resistance that is difficult to coordinate with a single material, so that the performance advantages of the material can be brought into full play, and the use is safe and reliable.

2. High wear resistance

The composite layer of the wear-resistant composite pipe is a high-chromium alloy material, and the structure contains about 45% of the M7C3 type hard carbide. Because the structure of the Ka type carbide is rod-shaped, it has high toughness; at the same time, the Ka type The microhardness of the type carbide is very high (HV1500-1800), and the microhardness of the wear-resistant layer is above HRC55, so the wear-resistant performance is good.

3. Strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance

Because of the composition and structural characteristics of Ka carbide and the matrix containing Cr in solid solution, it has strong heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and can show good corrosion resistance and wear resistance in high temperature or corrosive environments.

4. Composite technology is leading and stable

The wear-resistant pipe and elbow are manufactured by the composite technology of lost foam vacuum suction casting, that is, forged by F method. The composite wear-resistant pipe manufactured by this technology has the following characteristics:

(1) The technology is simple, the operation is convenient and the manufacturing yield is high. the

(2) Due to the characteristics of this technology, the dimensional accuracy of the mold making is high, and the solid type of the tube lining is used to suck and cast in the tube through high negative pressure, so the product has accurate dimensions and good compactness.

(3) The alloy wear-resistant composite pipes and elbows are mass-produced by F-method vacuum suction casting technology, with uniform layout and stable performance. There will be no phenomena such as cracks, cracks and pores.

5. Good thermal shock resistance

Because the thermal expansion coefficient of the inner and outer layers of the composite wear-resistant pipe is appropriate, there will be no cracking of the inner layer for the working conditions with rapid and frequent changes in height, and the pipeline system has small running resistance and beautiful appearance in the event of early failure.

6. Easy to transport, install and use

Alloy composite pipes and elbows can be installed by flange quick joints or direct welding. Due to the high anti-shock performance of the composite pipe, it can be knocked and cut at will when the pipe is partially blocked due to diversion, and it is very convenient to disassemble, install and maintain.
