B, wet winding forming process The so-called wet winding forming process is that the prepared glass fiber yarn or glass fiber cloth and other reinforcing materials are first soaked in the resin mixed material, and then directly wound to the core mold or lining of the mold, and then heat the curing way to make the finished product.(FRP high pressure fan) Compared with the dry winding forming process introduced above, the production method of wet winding forming process is simpler, and the types of materials are very low, so different types of glass fiber materials can be used. However, because the glass fiber reinforced material needs to be wound immediately after soaking the resin, it will lead to some substandard glass fiber materials that cannot be removed, and may lead to a large number of bubbles in the later products. In order to ensure that the use of wet winding forming process can produce the quality of FRP products, it is necessary to be strictly controlled for each link in the winding process, such as rubber roller, tension controller, wire head and other accessories often need manual maintenance. C, semi-dry winding forming process compared with the dry or wet winding forming process introduced above, the semi-dry winding forming process will be more reasonable in production. First of all, it eliminates the preliminary glass fiber drying treatment in the dry winding process, and uses the semi-drying method to shorten the drying time, which can improve the working efficiency. Moreover, it can remove the volatile solvent contained in the resin mixture of the material to a certain extent, avoiding the problem of air bubbles in the later stage of the product.
