The so-called pull and extrusion molding process refers to the resin and glass fiber and other materials in the traction force, after heating curing, pressure extrusion molding of a process. It is different from other molding processes is the need for external force traction and extrusion molding, so it is called the pull extrusion molding process.

There are six key factors in the FRP extrusion process: a, reinforced material transfer system, such as gauze frame, gauze device, felt frame, and conveying device; b, resin immersion system, resin mixture contains many auxiliary materials besides resin; c, preforming system and mold device, different types of FRP products use different molds; d, the traction device has a great influence on the forming of the product; e, cutting device; the product is cut for better storage and transportation products. There are two ways to introduce fibers: internal drawing and external drawing. When the fiber is drawn from the inner wall of the yarn drum, the fiber is fixed but the fiber is twisted to produce the twist. When the fiber leads from the outer wall, the rotating mandrel should be used to reduce the lead resistance and better control the fiber tension.
In order to make some special profile products in order to make the product have a good pressure and impact resistance, in addition to the use of glass fiber yarn also need to use glass fiber cloth or glass fiber felt and other products. Just like the main reinforcing material used in making the shell and impeller of the FRP centrifugal fan is the glass fiber felt.
The immersion of reinforced materials such as fiber and felt is carried out in the storage tank with resin mixture. There are two ways: A. Make the reservoir filled with resin mixture; with the increasingly complex product structure, the application of straight groove immersion method is becoming more and more common. Through the vacuum pump system, the continuous return of the adhesive liquid is realized, which not only ensures the good immersion of the reinforced material, but also makes the arrangement of fibers and felt neat and smooth, and it is easier to realize the expected arrangement.(FRP fan impeller)
