4. When cutting, always pay attention to the use of air pressure, voltage, electrode and nozzle. Do not spray the copper after the wire in the electrode is used to cause the electrode and the contact tip to short-circuit and burn the torch. The filaments in each electrode are about 3 mm long. When the nozzle aperture is increased, the cutting quality and thickness will be seriously reduced, and the nozzle should be replaced immediately!
5. If the slant deflection is found to be severe, check whether the nozzle spout has been turned over. Otherwise replace the nozzle and electrode. It is worth noting that the roughness of the cutting surface is related to the surface of the cut sheet; if the surface of the sheet is rough and unclean, and the cutting movement is uneven, the cut is large and the surface quality is seriously degraded.
6. The service life of the electrode and the nozzle is related to the thickness of the plate and the operation technology. Under normal conditions, each electrode can be used continuously for about 1 hour.
