2. Turn the car around for a week, check whether there are obstacles in or around the rotating part of the equipment, and eliminate them. No one is allowed to stand around when it starts.
3. After check, press the start button to start the motor and pay attention to current change. Ball mill lining plate shall not be started for more than two consecutive times. The interval between one and the second time is more than 5 minutes. If the third time is started, it must cooperate with the electrician and fitter to check before starting. Shall not start with other equipment, to staggered starting, so as to avoid tripping.
4. Overload operation is strictly prohibited after normal operation of the liner, and idling time is not more than 15 minutes, so as to avoid damaging the liner.
5. During operation, we should pay attention to observe whether the hollow shaft and oil ring rotate with oil, and whether the temperature of the hollow shaft is normal. If it is found that the hollow shaft is heated and close to burning watts, we can not stop the shaft immediately, so as not to cause "holding the shaft". At the same time, pay attention to check the oil quantity and temperature of each lubricating part, and refuel regularly.
6. During operation, we should pay attention to check whether the cylinder is leaking slurry, carefully observe whether the current, voltage, feeding and water supply are normal, check the temperature of the motor and the spindle every half hour is not more than 60℃, and deal with the problems in time.
7, the lining plate should stop the ore before stopping, the standby concentrate after treatment, stop the water supply. Press the stop button and pull off the switch.
