(2) Mechanical load of heat-resistant steel castings.
(3) The gas in contact with the heat-resistant steel casting and its condition (including wind speed dust content, chemical composition, etc.).
(4) The price is low, where the cast heat-resistant steel with low chromium and nickel content is not used, the chromium and nickel content is high.
Cement plants should constantly sum up and accumulate experience in the use of heat-resistant steel castings. If there is a failure problem in use and it is proved by analysis that the abnormal scrap of heat-resistant steel castings is really caused by improper material selection, you can contact the manufacturer to prevent failure by studying the re-selection of materials, and the manufacturer should provide the re-selection information and indicate the direction to the factory.
