Furnace tension
The strip passes through the furnace under controlled tension, intended to utilize the self-guidance of the steering roll. And avoid the deformation of the ladle due to excessive middle force (mainly in the heating section). The tension of each section is controlled separately by two tension measuring units at the inlet or outlet roller bearing bearing. The correction of the steel belt in the furnace is mainly realized by the comprehensive effect of roller type and tension.
The tension meter and control device can control the tension within the boundary range listed in the table below, that is, the control accuracy of better than 1% during stable operation or during the transition phase (limit acceleration of 3 mp m/sec (0.05 m / s2)).
