Technical Requirements For Steel-plastic Composite Pipe

1. The water supply vertical pipe and basement water main pipe of this project adopt steel-plastic composite pipe, and the products shall meet the industry standards of CJ / T136-2007, and meet the requirements of the Health and Safety Evaluation Code for Drinking Water Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Protective Materials (2001).
2, steel and plastic composite pipe finished products should be straight pipe, both ends of the section and perpendicular to the pipe axis.
3, the inner and outer surface of the steel and plastic composite pipe products should be smooth, do not allow bubbles, cracks, peeling, scars, depression, uneven color and decomposition of discoloration line.
4. The outer pipe of steel-plastic composite pipe (steel pipe) is ordinary hot dip zinc welded steel pipe, and the steel pipe material and the quality of zinc dip layer must meet the standard of GB / T3091-2001.
5. The burrs of the weld in the pipe should be removed.
6. The inner and outer surface of the pipe should have a complete zinc immersion layer, and there should be no black spots or bubbles not soaked in zinc.
7, the lining plastic pipe material is a new PE100 material, the inner surface color is bright milky white.
8. The test report of finished steel-plastic composite pipe shall include but not limited to the following properties:
1) Binding strength: the direct binding strength of steel and plastic cold water pipe shall not be less than 0.3MPa (30N / cm2), and the direct binding strength of hot water pipe shall not be less than 1.0 MPa (100 N / cm2);
2) Bending performance: the nominal diameter is not greater than 50mm lined plastic steel pipe after bending does not crack, steel and internal and external plastic layer directly does not occur away from the layer phenomenon;
3) flattening performance: the nominal lining plastic steel pipe diameter is not greater than 50mm does not crack after flattening, steel and the internal and external plastic layer directly does not occur layer phenomenon;
4) Sanitary performance: the sanitary performance of the lined plastic pipe of the lined plastic steel pipe conveying drinking water should meet the requirements of GN / T17219, or implement the specification of health law supervision (2001) No.161 according to the requirements of the health department;
5) Cold and heat resistance cycle performance: the time of the lined plastic steel pipe used for conveying hot water after three cycles of cold and heat cycle test, the lining plastic layer has no deformation cracks and other defects, and its binding strength should not be less than that stipulated in Article 1);
6) Peel strength of outer plastic layer: the peel strength shall not be less than 0.35 MPa (35 N / cm2).
