1. The chemical content of high wear resistant alloy layer is 4~5%, the chromium content is up to 25~30%, the volume fraction of Cr 7 C 3 carbide in metallographic tissue is more than 50%, the macroscopic hardness is HRC 56 ~ 62, the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400~1800, higher than the hardness of HV 800 ~ 1200.
