Chromium steel material also widely used on the lining plate, the material has two processing methods, one is oil quenching, hardness of HRC45 above, impact toughness can reach 10J / cm2 (U gap value), one is air cooling or air cooling, hardness can reach more than 45, but need higher carbon content, and air cooling or air cooling process is generally uneven, internal and external hardness has certain difference, stress is larger, so no oil quenching process, in chromium steel material because of the high chromium content, also added molybdenum, nickel and other elements, wear resistance is higher than low alloy material, better wear resistance, life is longer. But the welding and cutting performance is slightly lower than that of low alloy steel material.
