◆Main alloy elements: C 0.8–0.9%, Si 0.3–0.7%, Mn 0.7–1.0%, Cr 2.0–2.4%, Mo 0.3–0.4%
◆Optimized trace elements: Ti and Al each 0.02–0.05%, Boron <0.005% to refine metal grain structure
◆Strict impurity control: Cu ≤0.50%, Ni ≤0.50%, S ≤0.03%, P ≤0.035% Standard hardness HB 190.217, uniform casting structure free of internal shrinkage cavities and sand inclusions. All castings comply with precision casting tolerance grades; unmarked casting radii are controlled at 5mm/5.8mm as required, and forming slopes are processed per universal industrial standards.

★Wide equipment compatibility: Fit ball mills with rotating speed of 20–21r/min, suitable for pulp density of 1.45–1.55t/m³ and liquid-solid mass ratio of 4.5–5.5
★Complete product range: Full series including long main armor liners and wedge-shaped end liners. Custom marking is available; all bolt holes are inspected with special gauges, and all workpieces are thoroughly cleaned to remove burrs, cinder and molding sand residues.
