ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN Coke Dry Quenching Liner Plate is a high-chromium-nickel-silicon-nitrogen austenitic heat-resistant cast steel liner plate, specially designed for high-temperature and heavy-duty working conditions such as coke dry quenching furnaces and industrial furnaces.

Core Performance Advantages
◆High temperature resistance and oxidation resistance
Continuous service temperature can reach 1050℃, with short-term heat resistance up to 1100℃. High chromium content forms a dense Cr₂O₃ oxide film, which effectively prevents further oxidation of the matrix.
◆High temperature strength and creep resistance
Tensile strength ≥ 200MPa at 800℃. Nitrogen, chromium and carbon are synergistically strengthened, making it not easy to deform under long-term high-temperature load.
◆Thermal fatigue resistance and impact resistance
Suitable for alternating hot and cold working conditions of coke dry quenching (10 minutes per cycle). The combination of nickel and silicon reduces thermal expansion fluctuation and thermal stress cracks. After casting and heat treatment, it can resist the impact of falling coke.
◆Wear resistance and corrosion resistance
Combination of carbonitride hard phase and austenitic toughness, resisting cutting and gouging wear of coke. High chromium and nickel content resist sulfidation and carburization corrosion, suitable for harsh coking and metallurgical environments.
◆Excellent casting performance
Can be cast into complex-shaped and heavy-wall components to meet customized requirements such as CDQ coke drums, coke hoppers and furnace liners.
