1) Belet type low alloy thermal strength steel

2) Ferriite heat-resistant steel
The tissue of this type of steel at room temperature and using temperature. This kind of steel and chromium content is higher than 12%, contains no nickel, contains only a small amount of silicon, titanium, molybdenum, beryllium and other elements.

3) Martensitic-type hot-strength steel
The representative of steel: Cr 12 type martensite thermal strong steel, has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, good thermal strength, corrosion resistance and vibration attenuation, widely used in manufacturing turbine blade and form unique blade steel series, and widely used as cylinder sealing ring, high temperature bolt, rotor and boiler superheater, in heat tube, gas turbine turbine disk, blade, compressor and aero engine compressor blade, wheel, turbine blade and aerospace missile components, etc. The development and application of Cr 12 type heat-resistant steel has a history of more than 60 years, with at least 300 kinds of brand names. However, the difference in its composition is not big, based on Cr 12 steel in the addition of tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium, nickel, niobium, boron, nitrogen, titanium, cobalt and other elements to do some changes.
4) Valve steel
Valve steel is an important branch of heat resistant steel, the representative of this steel: 21 Cr-9 Mn-4Ni-N steel (21-4N), compared with 21 Cr-12 NiN, 14 Cr-14Ni2W-Mox, performance is superior and economical, in the rapid has been widely used in gasoline engine exhaust valve. Adding sulfur to 21-4N steel to improve the cutting performance formed 21-4NS. The addition of niobium, molybdenum, tungsten and vanadium improved high temperature strength, fatigue strength and wear resistance, and 21-4 W NbN, X60CrMnMoVNbN2110 steel was developed.

5) Austenitic-shaped heat-resistant steel
Representatives of this steel: 18 Cr-8Ni, 25 Cr-20Ni, Cr-Mn-N, Fe-Mn-Al, etc. This kind of steel has high thermal strength and excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature. Generally used for parts above 600℃, the antioxidant temperature can reach 850~1250℃. This type of steel is basically developed at the same time as stainless steel, some of which is also excellent austenitic type stainless steel.
In terms of austenitic shaped steel in China, in addition to copying and producing a large number of foreign heat-resistant steel grades, Cr-Mn-N, Cr-Mn-Ni-N, Cr-Ni-N, Fr-Al-Mn and Cr-Mn-Al-Si heat-resistant steel have been developed for many years. Cr18Mn12Si2N, Cr20Mn9Ni2Si2N, and
3Cr24Ni7SiNRe is listed in the national standards for promotion and application.
Casting heat resistant steel occupies a considerable proportion in the field of heat resistant steel. Since the 1970s and 1980s, due to the rapid development of petrochemical industry, a large number of high alloy heat resistant cast steel have been used in large synthetic ammonia and ethylene plants, and the use temperature can reach 1150℃, and a series of Fe-Cr-Ni base heat resistant steel and heat resistant alloy have been developed. Such as 4Cr25Ni35Co15W, 4Cr25Ni35WNb, 5Cr28Ni48W5, et al. Some developed countries as early as the 1930s formulated the heat resistant cast steel standards. In 1987, China established the first national standard for heat-resistant cast steel.
6) Precipitation of hardened type heat-resistant steel
According to its tissue, precipitated hardened heat resistant steel can be divided into martensitic hardened heat resistant steel (such as 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb), (half austenitic-martensitic filter type) precipitated hardened heat resistant steel (such as 0Cr17Ni7Al and 0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al) and austenitic precipitated hardened heat resistant steel (such as 0Cr15Ni25Ti2MoVB), etc.
