Installation of chain high-temperature resistant grate

The chain grate shall be installed according to the following installation sequence. Wall panel chain: front and rear axle roller shafts - grate plates - slag trap, lower guide rail air chamber. Wall panel installation: Before installing the wall panel and lower guide rail, the foundation of civil engineering should be inspected and accepted first. The strength of the foundation concrete should reach 75% or more, the geometric dimensions should meet the requirements of the drawings, the embedded parts should be complete, and the location should meet the requirements.
Before installation, draw the center line of the front and rear shafts of the grate according to the reference line of the boiler, and set out the wall panel line. At the same time, install the guide rail and supporting wheel. After installation, use a latex tube level gauge to level it. After passing the inspection, conduct grouting and fixation. When the concrete strength of the wall panel foundation meets the requirements, start installing the wall panel and beam. The wall panel and its components are the skeleton of the entire grate and the foundation for the installation of the grate. When installing, carefully adjust them. After the perpendicularity and distance of the wall panel are adjusted to be qualified, install the ash door and air chamber baffle. The baffle should be tightly connected to the ash door frame and crossbeam, and the welding should be firm. The time interval for installing the upper guide rail should meet the drawing requirements. After the wall panel is installed, the levelness and various tolerance standards should be met.
Installation of front chain shaft and rear roller shaft: When installing the front and rear shafts, the clearance between the journals and bearings of the front and rear shafts and the expansion clearance of the shafts should be reserved according to the provisions of the equipment drawings and technical documents provided by the manufacturer. Adjust the elevation of the two shafts and the parallelism between the two shafts. When aligning the parallelism of the two shafts, carefully and strictly comply with the requirements of the standard. If the parallelism of the two shafts is not properly aligned, the grate is prone to deviation accidents during boiler operation.
