1. First of all, the Boiler Parts Factory reminds you that the continuous running time of the chain grate in cold state is not less than 8 hours.
2. Check whether the grate piece is broken and whether the long pin of the furnace is seriously bent. If there is, it can be pulled out, straightened and reinstalled at any time at the waist hole of the furnace long pin.
3. Irrelevant parts are not allowed to be thrown anywhere on the chain grate.
4. Remember to ensure that the ignition door can be opened flexibly, the coal door can be easily lifted and lowered, and the distance between the left and right sides of the coal door and the grate surface must be the same, so as to ensure that the thickness of the furnace layer on both sides of the furnace is equal. If the distances are not equal, adjust them with the adjusting bolts to make them equal. The cover plate on the coal gate should be tightly closed to prevent coal from leaking in and blocking the coal gate from moving up and down.
