The dual-fluid dual-metal hammerhead achieves a balance of "hardness without brittleness, toughness and wear resistance" through liquid-liquid composite casting. The key lies in precisely controlling the pouring sequence, interface reactions, and heat treatment processes. With the application of technologies such as lost foam vacuum casting and alloy composition optimization (such as adding Nb/V to refine grains), this process is evolving towards higher reliability and customization.

The double liquid bimetal hammer is combined with high hardness wear-resistant alloy and high toughness steel through metallurgical composite process, which takes into account impact resistance and wear resistance, and its core advantages are obvious.
1. Performance advantages
Ultra high wear resistance
The working part of the hammer head is made of high chromium cast iron (Cr 15%-28%), and the hardness can reach HRC 58-65. The wear resistance is 3-5 times higher than that of traditional high manganese steel, which greatly extends the replacement cycle.
Strong impact resistance
The hammer handle uses low carbon steel or low alloy steel (such as ZG270-500,42CrMo), impact toughness αku ≥50J/cm², effectively resist the high strength impact force in the operation of crusher.
High reliability of composite interface
Through liquid-liquid thermal composite casting (such as quantitative pouring and partition method), a metallurgical bonding transition layer is formed at the interface, and the bonding strength is far higher than that of mechanical embedding, completely solving the risk of "dropping head" and "breaking head".

Heat treatment intensification
The double process of overall quenching (960-1010℃) and low temperature tempering (200-500℃) can simultaneously optimize the wear resistance of hammer head and toughness of hammer handle.
