✅ Conical Shell (Welded Plate Structure) Material: Low alloy steel plate (equivalent to 12Mn), manufactured following GOST standard. Fabricated by rolling and welding steel plates into an integrated conical cylinder. It delivers outstanding structural strength and fatigue resistance under continuous high-temperature metallurgical working conditions.
✅ Converter Throat Casting Material: Cast steel (equivalent to ZG270-500), manufactured following GOST standard. Produced in two separate casting segments to lower transportation difficulty and freight cost. Segments can be assembled and welded on-site strictly in line with technical requirements after delivery.
