Standard size range of typical components
Bridge crash barrier
Specification of horn elbow: 300×83mm, 350×83mm (suitable for steel pipe diameter 76-93mm)
Connection size: it should comply with industrial standard interface specifications (such as bolt hole spacing, flange diameter, etc.)
Equipment shims/adjustment blocks
Circular pad: minimum φ40 x 15mm (bearing capacity 25kN), maximum φ315 x 70mm (bearing capacity 95kN)
Adjustable height range: 5mm~12mm (adjusted by bolt)
V-shaped positioning bracket
Small single V-bracket: 35 x 35 x 30mm ~ 60 x 60 x 50mm (basic type)
Medium size V-frame: 105 x 105 x 80mm (separate structure)
Accuracy requirements: V-shaped groove symmetry error ≤0.01mm, bottom parallelism ≤0.01mm
T-shaped groove track (combined support platform)
Modular unit size: there is no fixed value, it is realized by splicing (the typical length of a single section is 1-3m)
Key tolerance: the spacing error between adjacent tracks is less than 2mm, and the level deviation is less than or equal to 1mm/m
Core standards for size design basis
Material specification: The main body of the support frame is made of HT200-300 gray cast iron (bending strength 200-300MPa)
Safety specifications: portal load-bearing scaffolding is prohibited from using portal steel pipe structure, which shall meet the load requirements of "Safety Technical Specifications for Bowl buckle Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Construction" (JGJ 166-2016)
Process standard: large castings need artificial aging treatment to eliminate stress (HT300 and above grades are mandatory)
The actual selection should be determined by combining the load-bearing requirements (such as HT300 support frame bending strength up to 50MPa), installation space restrictions and industry-specific standards (such as bridge engineering needs to meet GB/T 700 steel structure connection specifications). It is recommended to take specific engineering drawings or equipment interface parameters as the standard.
