A 5mm ceramic layer provides equivalent protection to a 50mm-thick wear-resistant cast steel, effectively resisting abrasion from hard particles like ores and coal dust.

Composite Structure Optimization:

Ceramic tiles are tightly bonded to the metal substrate using high-temperature adhesive (with 1250°℃ heat resistance), complemented by a "three-sided interlocking" design that balances ceramic's hardness with metal's toughness, significantly reducing impact-induced detachment risks.

High-temperature Stability:

The ceramic layer demonstrates a temperature resistance of ≥1760℃, while the inorganic adhesive maintains a temperature tolerance of 1250℃. This makes it suitable for extreme environments such as power plant steam pipelines and metallurgical high-temperature furnace gases.

The ceramic material exhibits strong resistance to corrosive media including acids, alkalis, and salts. This effectively prevents leakage risks caused by corrosion, thereby extending service life of pipelines in chemical processing and environmental protection applications.
