Among these, ceramic-lined pipes have become the most widely used wear-resistant material due to their high wear resistance, hardness, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, as well as superior performance in extreme temperature conditions. Products Description

 

In centrifugal casting composite ceramic steel pipes, the corundum layer has a melting point of 2045℃℃. Due to unique structural characteristics caused by manufacturing processes, both the corundum and steel layers exhibit distinct stress fields. When heated to 900℃ and repeatedly immersed in cold water, the ceramic pipe maintains its integrity without cracking or fragmentation, demonstrating superior thermal shock resistance compared to conventional ceramics. The inner layer consists of dense Type A aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with an acid resistance rating of 96-98%. As a neutral oxide, aluminum oxide does not chemically react with acids, alkalis, or salts.

As an inorganic substance, self-metallized alumina ceramic has no problem of deterioration (i.e. aging) under the long-term action of light, heat and oxygen in natural environment. The corrosion resistance of ceramic steel pipe is measured to be ten times higher than that of stainless steel.

 

Shenran ceramic pipe (SHS ceramic composite pipe) has shown excellent performance in the field of industrial wear resistance with unique material and process advantages. The main advantages are as follows:

The core layer utilizes corundum ceramic (Al₂O₃) with a purity ≥95%, achieving a Mohs hardness of 9.0 (equivalent to HRC ≥90). This material demonstrates over 10 times the wear resistance of quenched steel and more than five times that of high-chromium cast iron.

In mineral processing applications, service life is extended by over fivefold while reducing annual maintenance costs by 60%-68%. For power industry ash pipelines, it significantly decreases blockage incidents, with one case demonstrating annual savings of 3 million yuan in dredging expenses.

Operating temperature range-50℃ to 800℃, with silicon carbide ceramic versions capable of withstanding 1200℃ high temperatures (e.g., for metallurgical slag transportation).

 

Corrosion and Scale Prevention:

The ceramic layer maintains chemical stability, tolerating acidic and alkaline media ranging from pH2 to 12, effectively addressing challenges in wet flue gas desulfurization and chemical corrosion scenarios.
