Sealed chain: It has dust-proof function and can effectively lock the lubricating oil, which can improve the wear resistance of the chain and thus extend its service life.
Self-lubricating chain: Generally, oil-impregnated powder metallurgy, engineering plastics and materials containing Teflon (or graphite) are selected to make self-lubricating sleeves, so as to achieve the purpose of less or no lubrication for the chain.
Seamless sleeve chain: Cold extrusion forming technology is adopted to produce seamless sleeves with high roundness and less deformation, which can improve the wear resistance of the chain.
Strong pre-tensioning: It can improve the consistency of the chain, optimize the chain length accuracy, and thus enhance the fatigue strength of the chain.
Shot blasting treatment: Firstly, it can form compressive stress on the surface of chain parts, which can significantly improve the fatigue life of chain parts. Secondly, it can reduce the effective stress concentration coefficient on the surface of the chain plate holes and both sides, preventing the generation of micro-cracks after quenching.
Chain plate hole extrusion: By extruding the chain plate holes with steel balls, compressive stress can be generated on the inner wall of the chain plate holes, thereby improving the fatigue life of the chain plates.
